Lassen's PTA

Lassen Elementry's PTA (Parent Teacher Association) is approved through the 31st District PTSA). Our amazing PTA works to ensure that our children get the most and best from their Lassen Elementary experience.

The PTA works year-round to provide enrichment opportunities and physical education programs on campus. Lassen Elementary parents also work to create events that bring our school families and community closer together.

We strongly encourage your participation. Parent involvement at all levels is vital to Lassen's continued level of excellence. It's easy to become a member of our PTA through the Totem website. We also encourage you to attend the monthly PTA meetings, which are posted on our school's online Class Dojo. Most importantly, please check your child's backpacks daily or Connected messages/emails for PTA's flyers and important information.

Common Questions!

Q: Is a membership for each family?

A: No, membership is for each person. You can pay for one or as many as you like.

Q: Why should I join?

A: Your $8.00 membership fee helps support the various programs we have planned. You have the opportunity to vote and give us your input at PTA meetings (see calendar). You are also showing your child that you are involved in their education.

Q: What happens if i have 2 children in different classes?

A: As long as all the teachers are listed on the membership form; those classes will receive credit.
